I have been a client of Brubaker and associates for 15+ years. During that time our family’s situations and needs have evolved and unlike with our previous single-brand insurers, Jim and Leslie were able to continue to meet our requirements without having to change agents. This is the result of their representing multiple admitted companies, each of which has characteristics that fit best with specific types of customers. Now that our sons are grown and we fall into a lower risk profile we were able to get great rates from a different major insurer and we used the savings to vastly increase our “umbrella” coverage to $5,000,000.00, (just imagine your exposure if you happen to injure a young doctor, for example, and were responsible for his or her medical care and future earnings). Also, add a couple of other coverages and still pay LESS than we had previously.
The Brubaker’s employ highly qualified and well-trained staff to assist us whenever we require information or minor alterations to our policies. For example, the last time we purchased a new vehicle the dealer was trying to sell us a policy that covered the difference between the balance due on our loan and the (highly) depreciated resale value the moment we drove it off of their lot. I called Brubaker from the dealership office; spoke to Vicki Faust, and within four minutes I was fully covered for three years at a total cost of less than a hundred dollars. The salesman was very disappointed and embarrassed because the dealer was asking almost $700.00 for the same coverage!
Every five years or so I still practice my due diligence and compare my policy cost (being SURE to get apple to apples comparisons) to other well-regarded companies and have never found a better rate than the one I was paying. I could go on but instead I’ll cut to the chase; if you do business with Jim or Leslie Brubaker you will get outstanding value in personal service and personalized coverage from highly rated companies at the lowest possible cost.
